MyBio is a "one link, endless potential" platform: every creator gets a single public page - mybio.bd/yourusername - that acts as their hub for links, content, and monetization. Instead of juggling separate tools for a portfolio, a blog, a store, a booking calendar, and a tip jar, everything lives in one place, styled with a theme the creator picks and customizes.

The platform is organized around three things: a public profile anyone can visit, a creator dashboard where the page owner manages everything, and a set of community pages (Explore, Leaderboard) that help visitors discover creators.

Every account gets a permanent profile URL. A visitor lands on a single scrollable page containing, depending on what the creator has enabled:

Switching themes is instant from the dashboard. Crown members get an additional Theme Studio, letting them fine-tune colors, fonts, corner rounding, and effects for whichever theme they've picked. Every customization is saved per-theme - so switching themes never loses your tweaks - and a one-click reset only reverts the theme you're currently editing, not all of them.

MyBio is free to use, with two upgrade tiers that unlock more creative and monetization tools. (Exact pricing is always shown live on the pricing section of the homepage.)

Everything a creator manages lives behind their dashboard, organized into a few groups:

Identity also includes a few extras: a searchable profession field, a custom profile link (Pro), and - for Crown members - a downloadable CV/resume and a link to an external eStore. If your account is missing a verified email or phone, you'll be prompted to add one, confirmed with a one-time code so your account always stays recoverable.

• Followers - visitors can follow a creator from their profile; the creator sees a full follower list on their dashboard.
• Explore - a public page surfacing the platform's most-visited profiles across weekly, monthly, and yearly windows, helping new creators get discovered.
• Leaderboard - a friendly competition page ranking the top profiles by visits and by digital product sales, across weekly, monthly, and yearly periods.
• Analytics - every creator gets day-by-day trend charts for profile views, new followers, and links added, over a 7/30/90-day window, plus a breakdown of which countries your visitors come from. Crown members see three more growth metrics in the same view: newsletter subscribers, tip revenue, and blog posts published.

• Blog - write and publish full articles that live at mybio.bd/yourusername/blog, complete with cover images, rich text formatting, and reading-time estimates. Followers are automatically notified the first time a post goes live.
• Featured Projects - a portfolio section for showcasing work. Each entry gets a title, category (Web Design, Branding, UI/UX, Photography, and more), description, a cover image, and an optional link to the live project - reorder the list anytime with simple up/down controls.
• FAQ - a question-and-answer section that answers common visitor questions directly on the profile, reordered the same way as Featured Projects.

Setting up a bookable meeting type takes just four fields: a title, a duration (15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes), your platform of choice - Google Meet or Zoom - and the link you'll use for the call. Once saved, it appears as a bookable option on your profile.

Visitors pick a slot straight from the public profile, no login required, and get a confirmation page once booked. The booking then shows up in your dashboard's upcoming bookings list along with the visitor's name and email, so you know who's joining before the call starts.

A signup box on the profile lets visitors subscribe with their email (confirmed via a verification link, so lists stay clean). Creators compose and send newsletter issues from their dashboard, and can export their subscriber list at any time. Every send includes an unsubscribe link, honored instantly.

All money movement on MyBio - subscription upgrades, tips, digital product purchases, and NFC card orders - runs through bKash.

On the earning side, creator balances accumulate from sales and tips, and can be withdrawn to a saved payout method (such as a bKash number) via a withdrawal request, which is reviewed and processed by the platform team.

A notification bell keeps creators in the loop, currently covering:

• New followers - get notified the moment someone follows your profile.
• New blog posts - followers are notified automatically when a creator they follow publishes a post.
• Platform announcements - occasional important updates from the MyBio team, shown in the notification feed (and, for major announcements, as a one-time popup).

Pro and Crown creators have direct access to a help-desk system. Opening a ticket takes a subject, a category (Billing & Payments, Technical Issue, Account & Profile, NFC Card, Feature Request, or Other), a priority level, your message, and an optional file attachment - then you get replies from the MyBio team in a threaded conversation. Crown members get priority handling, and if a resolved ticket needs follow-up, simply replying to it automatically reopens the conversation.

MyBio can be installed straight from your browser onto your phone or desktop like a native app - no app store needed. Once installed, previously visited pages remain available offline, and a friendly offline page appears instead of a browser error when there's no connection. Payment and account pages always load fresh, never from a cached copy.

Sign up with an email, a phone number, or a Google account - Google sign-in verifies you instantly, while email/phone signups confirm with a one-time 6-digit code sent to whichever you registered with. You can log back in with your email, phone number, or username. Forgot your password? The same kind of one-time code - sent by SMS or email - lets you verify and set a new one in a few steps, no support ticket needed.
